I am Nuliati Nansubuga, a Risk and Compliance Specialist at Youth Alive Uganda. With a diverse background in finance and experience in supporting internal audit functions, I bring a unique perspective to my role. My expertise lies in navigating the intricacies of systems and processes, allowing me to effectively assess and mitigate risks within the organization. At Youth Alive Uganda, I leverage my experience to develop robust risk management strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, my experience in supporting internal audit functions equips me with the skills needed to conduct thorough assessments and implement internal controls that safeguard the organization's resources across all organizational departments. These include; Project implementation, Finance & Operations, Procurement & Logistics, MEAL, ICT Management, and Human Resources. Through collaborative efforts with stakeholders, I strive to foster a culture of transparency and accountability thus empowering Youth Alive Uganda to achieve its Vision, mission, and core values.
